This place was amazing! It had everything you needed except food and the clothes on your back. Perfect rental for a couple or even the family. It has a living room and open kitchen nice bathroom and one bedroom with a balcony over looking the beach. You will not get a better view of the beach and the water. We seen dolphins early every morning from our balcony. My fiance proposed to me on the beach at sunset and it couldn't have been more perfect. This is definitely a place we look forward coming back to for years to come.
This place is not new but super nice on the inside and very clean! It has obviously been remodeled with granite counters and tile throughout. The kitchen was stocked with any utensils you might need. There is a range top, toaster oven and microwave. Very comfortable king sized bed and pull out sofa. I absolutely LOVED the VIEW from the balcony seating. We even got to see some dolphins while drinking coffee on our first morning. It comes with beach side service and extra chairs and umbrellas are stored in the closet if you need them. For the price, you can't beat it! It was perfectly sized for my husband, my daughter and myself. We booked through VRBO and Paul and Candy were very easy to deal with. Marrietta was wonderful and very nice. There was no sand in the condo at all when we arrived, which is incredible as it is literally right on the beach. If we are ever in Fort Walton again this will be the first place we try to book! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
Great location! Worth every penny. You can walk out of your bedroom door to the beach. Only bad thing is that the hotels place their chairs in the reserved condo area and makes it hard to find a good spot on the beach.
Our condo was outstanding!! Decorated amazingly!! Everything was at hand, bed was ultra comfortable!! And beach right out back door!! Had chairs and umbrellas on beach too!!! Great condo!! Thanks again Paul & Candy!!! *Only thing I didn't like....was being on 3rd floor (but knew when booked). BUT just broke ankle on 4th July, so was a bit of trip with no elevator!! Wifi a bit spotty!!
Second yr staying at Villa Capri and not disappointed very nice, clean condo. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The most bang for your buck. I have paid a lot more for a condo that wasn’t this nice. O and no old musty smell and that means a lot to me.
